Welcome to Wellbeing Nexus Coaching
Hi, I’m Nathalie — a certified health and nutrition coach with a background in fitness, yoga, and education. I support busy individuals in reclaiming their energy, restoring balance, and feeling strong in their bodies.
While I have a particular interest in working with women navigating perimenopause and those following vegetarian or vegan lifestyles, I work with a wide range of clients looking to improve their health through realistic, personalised changes.
In addition to one-to-one coaching, I also offer corporate wellness workshops and webinars — helping organisations foster healthier, more resilient teams through accessible, engaging wellbeing strategies that work in real life, not just on paper.
Before becoming a coach, I worked as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and language teacher, spending nearly two decades teaching and training others across the UK and abroad. My passion for helping people has taken me from fitness studios to classrooms, from language support to lifestyle transformation. Expanding into nutrition and health coaching felt like the natural next step in supporting clients in a truly holistic way.
I understand the real-life pressures of juggling work, homelife, and personal goals — and how hard it can be to prioritise your own wellbeing. That’s why my approach is both evidence-based and entirely personalised.
