Anti-Inflammatory Chocolate Pots Recipe


Serves 4 small pots


Ingredients:

  • – 2 ripe bananas
  • – 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • – 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • – 2 cups plant milk
  • – 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • – A handful of berries (raspberries or blueberries are great choices)


Preparation:
Place all ingredients except the berries in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 small ramekins, stir in the berries, and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
