What is a health coach?

As a Nutrition and Health Coach, the Coach’s role is to guide and support the Client’s personal health journey.

This may involve deep and meaningful conversations where the Coach asks thoughtful, probing questions, encourages self-reflection, and gently challenges the Client’s beliefs and assumptions. Through this process, the Client may uncover insights that support lasting change, growth, and transformation.

The coaching process is not about giving direct advice or solving problems for the Client. Instead, it is about fostering a relationship of trust where the Client feels supported to explore their values, goals, and the behaviours that will help them create a healthier lifestyle. The Coach provides encouragement, tools, and accountability, helping the Client build resilience and make sustainable changes that are uniquely tailored to their individual needs.
